Living the Fruit of the Spirit

We are continuing our theme of personal growth with the introduction of our very first series! For 9 weeks, we will be doing some spring cleaning of the soul by diving into each fruit of the Spirit as described in Galatians 5:22-23:

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
— Galatians 5:22-23 NLT

The fruit of the Spirit are characteristics of someone who is aligned with the Holy Spirit. By living the fruit of the Spirit, we are putting God at the center of our life. This series is for anyone looking to reduce inner clutter, renew their focus on God, and realign with the Holy Spirit.

In this series, you will learn how to:

-Define each fruit in your own terms. We will share our personal definitions of each fruit, then challenge you to come up with your own personal definitions.

-Apply each fruit to a relationship or area of your life that you would like to improve. How much (or how little) we enact each fruit directly impacts our quality of life and how we interact with others. Therefore, we believe that we can use the fruit of the Spirit as a tool to improve our relationships and life circumstances.

-Identify your "core fruit.” While we are called to display all nine attributes, we believe each of us has a fruit that is at the core of our being. It is the fruit that we display most often. Knowing our own “core fruit” can help us identify our strengths and build confidence in who we are. Knowing someone else’s “core fruit” can help us better understand and connect with others.

Follow along weekly as we dive into all nine fruit of the Spirit!
